They are very easy to talk to and make you feel very comfortable. All the necessary treatment is carried out and a follow up is always recommended following a procedure. Best thing is, by the time you walk out of the clinic room to reception, the receptionist is already aware of what has been recommended to you by the dentist, i.e. a follow up appointment in a weeks time. And she kindly books you in straight away without any hassle or waiting around. With little examination and the x rays taken then and there, the dentist was able to assess my dental condition and problems. He also gave all the options of the treatment without hiding the costs, duration and stuff. Although at the end, I preferred to go with NHS which was one of the options suggested by them.
